What kind of background music is good for this Christmas? It takes me quite a while to figure it out. After reviewing heaps of Christmas albums, finally my verdict is Diana Krall’s “Christmas Songs” album released on December 2005, but still a good album for this holiday.

Today I found some photos on my backup disk about D.I.Y. the outlook and skin of my laptop 2 years ago. I would like to share these photos here .
I still can’t figure out how and what makes me to do it…:) It needs gut, because I have to take it apart, and take the risk of being unable to assemble it.

Preparing… Spray, tape, knife and sandpaper.
Spray on the shell and paste some stickers, of course, it is perfectly assembled.
It looks wonderful, isn’t it? The skin is printed using the same wallpaper on the laptop:

Idea for creating this gadget is to minimize the time for calculating the data gathering from the dental study model. My existence is to reduce the repetition and complexity.

After input the data of A,B,C,D,B1 and C1, the gadget can print it as PDF and the filename is set to patient’s name automatically.
How to make it? Well, if you don’t like paper work nor D.I.Y, then skip it, go to $2 shop straight away, get yourself a $3 phone dock and hang it in your car. If you like D.I.Y, just make sure you have:
1. 210gsm paper from Office Work, about $1.50, Easy.
2. You might need a scissors and some staples.
3. Glue is optional instead of using staples.
Then cut the paper alongside the line, as the picture shown below.
Fold it.
Hang it in your car.
That’s the pager dock for iPod or iPhone. Using with FM transmitter would be absolutely great! I call it “iKcod”, which is reversed of “Docki”, and match the pattern of “iPod”, it IS really nice.

I was too excited to have a newly released ubuntu system installed on my machine 2 days ago. Seems there are too many defects since it’s too fresh.. I suffered from xp-blue-screen-like system crash several times..
The system does not change too much from 8.10 as I imagine. 
In my point of view, it’s becoming more and more fragile since version 7.
Should I go on with it or kill it?
– OK. He wins, I’ll keep it.
Today I refactory the source code and add new features to Webklip, it becomes 1.2 and, most encouraging, multiple rss supports!
